2. Hair Selection and Current Availability
As every ponytail is unique and our stock changes continuously, we check which pieces currently match your requirements and send you photos and videos.
A personal visit to our premises offers the best opportunity to view and select the hair in person. We also provide remote selection via WhatsApp, where we can present suitable pieces individually through photographs and video calls.
For larger orders, we frequently travel across Europe and can arrange a personal selection meeting at your location. Once the selection has been confirmed, the hair is shipped securely via DHL with all required customs documentation and declarations.
We are registered VAT payers (VAT registered), which allows smooth invoicing and full compliance for B2B customers within the EU.
